All PowerHouse products come with a 2 year warranty for all technical issues. Upon the situation in which one of our Power House portable chargers malfunction, with the purchasing proof of a receipt we will allow our customers to send their products to our headquarters where we will try to fix the product. In the result that the product is not able to be fixed we will exchange the product with one at an equal or lesser price point.

If your Power House portable charger happens to have any technical difficulties you may exchange it at any of our retailers, the most popular ones being Best Buy and La Source. In the situation that you do not have access to one of these outlets you may go about this process online. A customer may send their portable charger, along with the receipt by registered mail to our headquarters where we will try to fix the defective and if not possible we will send the customer a functioning Power House portable charger
